Because 3-5μm zinc powder is ingredient of Dzc, the film get more dense and better effective of barrier after exposed.

Can be alterative of one coat or multi-coat. It is not necessary top coat that only Dzc can reach the conventional zinc coating system of anticorrosive ability.

Instant Pipe Repair Wrap
Polyurethane resin pre-impregnated fiberglass (glass fiber) cloth pipe repair and maintenance system that will set even under water.
No mixing ! No measuring ! No waiting ! No cleanup !
The fiberglass cloth has been pre-impregnated with a water activate polyurethane resin prior to packaging. Normal setting time is 30 minutes, but may vary depending on temperature. Salt or fresh water is the activator!! This revolutionary product will set under water making it ideal for applications in the splash zone, corrosion protection, reinforcement, piling protection and electrical insulation to 16,000 volts.
It will retain pressure on supply lines and will function under intermittent temperatures up to 500oF(237oC).

What is Crusher Backing?
Crusher Backing is a two-pack product originally designed to replace white metal, which was traditionally used as a shock absorbing material in cone crushing machines.
Korrobond crusher backing compounds are used for filling cavities between the upper part of crusher and outer jacket and between supporting cone and inner jacket in cone crushers. Also used to fill between the upper part of stand and crusher jaws and supporting cone and inner jacket in gyratory crushers within the quarrying and mining industry’s.

Dzc composite and waterproof resin
l about the Product
It’s kind of a water-based acrylic latex-like resin, which is an inorganic hardening material and also a composite waterproof material, with a large number of good specialties.
l about the uses
We recommend you to use the DZC composite and waterproof resin on some places needed to be waterproofed, such as the roof, bathroom, external balcony, pool, flowerbed, and courtyard garden. Then you paste bricks on these places mentioned above.

Construction Method
1.
Firstly, you pour the emulsion into the plastic bucket and then slowly add the powder into the bucket. Then, stirring the emulsion and the powder together until the sand particles disappear.
2.
You should not place the resin for a long time but execute your project as soon as possible. Laying the resin on with trowel on flat areas; using the brush or spray on the vertical wall.

Hardening time
It takes 24 hours for the resin to be hardened completely. However, if the construction place is wet, it takes longer to be hardened. So, you should make the construction place in good ventilation and avoid damping the room so that it would be hardened soon.
l Method for bubble elimination
If there are many holes on the cement, please coat thin on it first and then coat on the cement heavily.
Notes
1. Not to coat the resin when the surface temperature is below ten degree Celsius.
2. The product does not apply to fill great cracks in.
3. Constructing on the humid areas will affect the hardening.
